From Megan Ricca:
Doing Things Differently: Women’s Design Service at 20 is a historical insight into the Women’s Design Service (WDS), a London based female Architecture group operating between 1983 and 2012. Written by Eeva Berglund in 2007, five years before the organisation went into dormancy, much of the knowledge and appreciation of the work that the WDS did for local communities has been lost. This revisited edition aims to provide a comprehensive history of the organisation, by timelining each WDS publication, documenting previously unseen images from the WDS archive, and including interviews with WDS members Vron Ware and Amanda Claremont. Project ongoing.
In this publication, Megan uses Ambiant Sans by Laura Csocsán and Maiola by Veronika Burian for text.
