Between 1982 and 1988, Judith Ammann (*1954) was responsible for the graphic design of the Kunsthalle Basel. Ammann had studied between 1970 and 1976 in Lucerne under Hans-Rudolf Lutz. For the Kunsthalle’s exhibition posters, she introduced a consistently serial design using exclusively Hevetica Inserat.
