Dancing at the Discotheque is a big-band jazz album released by Philips Records in 1964. The name of bandleader Lester Lanin (1907–2004) and the title are in all-caps Microgramma. The names of the various dances – merengue, cha cha, fox trot, hully-gully, dog, frug, mashed potato, slop, surf, wobble, hitchhike, shimmy, twist, monkey, lindy, bird – are set in caps from Old Gothic Bold Italic, separated by bullets.
