WERGO started its studio reihe neuer musik (“studio series new music”) in 1962. The covers for the early-1970s edition were designed by Günther Stiller. He combined a variegated pattern of color squares with titles in Gill Sans Bold, Gill Extra Bold and the even bolder Gill Kayo.

Note the single-storey ‘a’ and the straight ‘t’ (and one ‘u’!) without tail in Gill Extra Bold. To my knowledge, this variety is not available in digital form.
