Commonry is a new fashion range created to bridge the gap between traditional “standard” and “plus” sizes. The identity for Commonry was created to cut the fluff and simply reflect back the expertise in fit from their fashion team.

The identity employs carefully measured typographic applications and negative space to create a sense of thoughtful expertise, while the pared back color palette and identity seeks to help create a simple and seamless experience where there’s more to wear and less to figure out.

Many elements of the Commonry brand draw inspiration from the symbiotic relationship of fit and fashion. The C and o of the logo interlock to show the connectedness and relationship. A typography system employs both a sans serif and a serif – Neue Haas Grotesk and SangBleu Kingdom – which work together. The brand mark called “The Link” also represents this concept with two forms that together create a perfect balance and harmony, and reinforce each other.
