As a graphic designer and stamp collector, I always appreciated how in Portuguese stamps the name of the designer is mention in almost all the stamps. Notice designer name at the bottom left corner.

I’m a landscape architect interested in this stamp and its connection to its celestial relationship to the Portuguese landscape.
I’m trying to find out how the designer of this stamp arrived at its composition and told it has any relationship to how the moon/sun sits in the Portuguese sky.
Do you know anything about how the designer arrived at the composition and if this relates to the location of the sun/moon in the Portuguese sky?
Probably better to reply by email otherwise I might not see your response? I don’t know how the system works?
