EKLAA is an office building in Lyon, designed by AFAA Architecture as a transparent envelope with a strong emphasis on natural lighting. Bureau 205 developed a signage system that plays on the sunlight of the shared areas. The interventions are minimal and are integrated into the architectural project, but the effect is guaranteed by the play of shadows. For this signage, Damien Gautier designed a new stencil version of his Maax Mono typeface. Maax Mono Stencil is available from 205TF.
