Regular-Irregular is the first full-length album by NCT 127, the second sub-unit of South Korean boy band NCT (an acronym for Neo Culture Technology). A multi-genre concept album, its theme revolves around the exploration reality and dreams.
The album’s creative direction, concept and design was created by MMBP & Associates and features an extensive use of NCT127 Regular. Meant to empower the in-flux nature of the group’s structure, it is a custom typeface created for the album and its marketing collaterals by Carles Rodrigo. Key assets for the album were created by photographers Laurent Segretier and Back Seung Woo.

The S looks like it appears to be adapted from Favorit.
Good observation, Jay. Other details like the R likewise suggest that the designers looked at Favorit while making this custom typeface.
