FF Angst STD HEAVY is the main typeface used for The Change –
the sixth studio album by Swedish singer-songwriter Marie Fredriksson, released on 10 October 2004 by Capitol Records in conjunction with Fredriksson’s own independent record label Mary Jane/Amelia Music. It is her only English-language solo album. […]
The album’s cover art was created by Fredriksson, who began drawing with charcoal in her dining room as another form of therapy following her brain tumour diagnosis.

The three styles of “Angst” are beautifully drawn. I like to use them for graphics from terrible things. What is curious is that this font loses all of its character if set in color.
Oops, your link is wrong! Here’s one that leads to the right “Angst”: www.fontshop.com/families/f…
Well observed: a dash of color takes out all of its claustrophoby.
The link on the typeface page is fixed now, thanks!
