The cover for De strategie van de kreeft (“The strategy of the lobster”) is typeset in hard-shelled Aglet Slab with a matching crustacean illustration. The authors (Yousri Mandour, Dorien van der Heijden, Sven Turnhout) use molting and growth as a metaphor for embracing discomfort to reach the innovation required to flourish in business.
The book won the Dutch PIM Management Book of the Year Award.
