Jazz Encouter is album by Will Bradley and His Orchestra, featuring Will Bradley (trombone), Rex Stewart (trumpet), Bud Freeman (tenor sax), Bill Stegmeyer (clarinet), Louis Stein (piano), Barry Galbraith (guitar), Trigger Alpert (trombone), and Paul Kashian (drums). It was released in 1955 by Waldorf Music Hall Records, with cover art by Tracy Sugarman. The same design was also used for a single record, with different colors.
The typography features all-lowercase Filmotype Pixie, and two weights of Vogue with an alternate r. There exist three digitizations of the former, such as Castcraft’s version, David Rakowski’s version, and Dave Farey’s Heatwave.
