Earthquake: The Ultimate Hardcore Collection was a series of gabber/techno/hardcore compilations, released in seven editions between 1994 and 1997 by entertainment enterprise ID&T (who also created Thunderdome) and record label Arcade.
Artist Victor Feenstra drew a range of airbrushed, aggressive and symmetric illustrations which were paired with the Earthquake logo, set in Banco with shadows, gradients and Roman numerals to mark the edition. M-Design Wormerveer, a design studio run by a brother of one of the ID&T founders, paired the lettering and illustrations with various typefaces. With the exception of volume III, all editions have a subtitle in the style of the time: condensed caps with generous letterspacing.
