After growing up in Burgundy in a wine-growing environment, Les Danaïdes's founder discovered amateur brewing in 2014. It is therefore in 2021 that he embarks on his own adventure by creating the Brasserie Les Danaïdes.
With ever more creative and unexpected beer recipes, the French and international Craft scene has fascinated us for many years. But by dint of tasting and brewing a multitude of styles, each more eccentric than the next, a family of beers won us over: the rustic beers, and more precisely the Saisons. It is therefore around this style of beer from the North of France and Belgium that we focus at Les Danaïdes: dry and complex beers whose fermentation differs from other beers.
