Iowa-born band leader, trumpeter, flügelhornist, and arranger Warren Kime (1928–2013) is “mostly associated with bringing big band jazz to easy listening” [Discogs]. Brass Impact was recorded with the Brass Choir and released by Command Records in 1967. The cover design is by George Giusti, featuring all-caps Univers.
