Ghost sign above the entrance to what used to be Karl Neuburger’s printing office and publishing house on Ledererzeile 43 in Wasserburg am Inn, east of Munich, Germany. Once the premises of the local newspaper for almost half a century (until 1997), the building is now home to a hair salon.
The three-dimensional metal letters are modeled after Herbert Post’s Post-Antiqua (Berthold, 1932). The U’s are narrower at the bottom than in the typeface, and G had to lose its descender for technical reasons.
