Le régime parfait is the first novel by writer and researcher Estelle Benazet Heugenhauser, published by Rotolux Press in 2022. Through an interior monologue and with a cruel sense of humor, the book builds up the portrait of a woman, Madame Perez, who, waiting for her children to come home, remembers scenes from her past.

Charles Mazé’s article “Caractères ordinaires” on the Abyme website includes a sample of Caractères Latins Étroits (48 pt), scanned from Deberny & Peignot’s Spécimen Géneral (1926). I’ve posted it here for comparison.
This typeface is also shown in a specimen by the Fonderie Deberny & cie, there in all caps. A digitized copy can be accessed at the Internet Archive. It was most likely published around 1920, not 1886 as noted in the metadata.
