My portfolio. To honor a more personal, DIY approach to the website’s design and development, all text is set in Letter Gothic (Roger Roberson) for its measured airiness as a monospaced font. Hover states are a little fanciful, with title case text turning all-caps as the visitor’s cursor crosses over URLs.
The font’s original intended use for columnar data on IBM Selectric typewriters makes this application slightly anachronistic and a little out of place. My hope is that with Letter Gothic, my website will encourage slower, more leisurely reading and feel reminiscent of its code.
