This political advertisement (unsuccessfully) asked Swiss citizens to vote against the reintroduction of gambling in the 1928 referendum.
For the honor of Switzerland!

The main type is Berthold Block, shown here with at least a few of its alternates, including the wide d, the narrow S (first line), and the “leaning n” (fifth line). “NON” might be lettering or a different typeface that has yet to be discovered.
