Jonas Borneland Hansen’s Goca Logotype appears to be a match for that RB Leipzig scarf.
Also, Akzidenz-Grotesk was used for the first scarf.

But the designer of Goca (Jonas with his brother Micki)’s website appears to be a producer and DJ duo from Copenhagen. So here’s this portfolio of his work archived before in 2009. Also the bio of this duo. And Jonas too.
And I guess… this might be a confusion between the two websites and the same domain!
