Festival Teal Brasil intends to rethink and reinvent the way we work. It is an environment where people can build networks, share their inspirations and practices, and propose more integral models to operate organizations. Focusing on “transition” as its central theme, the festival highlights that reinvention, adaptation and transformation are the way to the future of work.
We developed an identity with a contemporary and futuristic character, simultaneously, due to the need of projecting about the main subject of ‘work’ in a fresh way. Based on the current reality of a world in transition, we designed a logo – using Monoskaand Power Grotesk – and several graphics that overlap in a mutable effect, representing possibilities of new models of work in a graphic and abstract way. Also, because of the need for an identity that would highlight the content, we used Neue Montreal for longer texts; and created a visual system of grids that offer easy adaptability for organization and application of texts and images.
