SOTO Archive website

SOTO Archive is the archival website of a studio/live music venue by the same name – a project by Kukan Gendai. Graphic design by Shun Ishizuka, web design by Tetsuro Shimura a.k.a. Shianbrown. The typefaces in use are Everett by Nolan Paparelli, Noto Sans from the Noto project (used for Japanese text) and Neue Pixel Grotesk by M35. Soto is a studio/live music venue by Kukan Gendai.

As a studio, it is used to produce and record music by Kukan Gendai on a daily basis.
As a live venue, we will develop a program of inviting various artists, both domestic and international.

All performances held here will be sponsored.
Spatial Contemporary will be involved in the organization and direction of all the performances held here.
In addition to the organized performances, collaborative programs with artists and event organizers will be held on an ongoing basis.

This is a place to pursue new and undiscovered musical possibilities.
