This cover might not the most exciting use of Davison Moulin Rouge, but it’s an early one, which helps with dating the typeface – and it features the rarely seen lowercase. Dave Davison’s take on the “Neudeutsch” hybrids of roman and blackletter from around 1900 was added to Photo-Lettering’s catalog sometime between 1967 and 1971. Parrot Records released Jennifer’s second album in 1969, making this the earliest use of Moulin Rouge we have documented so far.
See Me, Feel Me, Touch Me, Heal Me! is the second album by singer-songwriter Jennifer Warnes (b. 1947). Design and graphics by Victor Kahn, with photography by Don Lewis and Peter James.

I contact House Industries to add more new fonts including the Davison Moulin Rouge, but they haven’t replied to be back yet
I also found another album from 1969 where it used the Davison Moulin Rouge.
