The Lonza Arena in Visp, Switzerland, was designed as an ice sports and event hall and is home to the EHC Visp. The large illuminated letters made of acrylic glass reinforce the spatial effect of sector access area. FRAC Lonza is a custom version of the FRAC typeface by Binnenland which complements the architectural design language. From the outside, the function as a sports facility is emphasised by the striking sector indicators.
