Mitski (full name Mitski Miyawaki, born Mitsuki Laycock) is an American singer and songwriter. The land is inhospitable and so are we is her seventh studio record, released eleven years after her debut album.
The album artwork by Mary Banas showcases Benjamin Dumond and Lucas Descroix’s Ready Active. Secondary graphics and merchandise pairs it with Alanna Munro’s Tofino in all caps. The design is by Mary Banas.
