This is a recipe book from Shiva Curry Wara, a popular Indian restaurant in Sangenchaya, Tokyo. The book has recipes for curries actually served at the restaurant to rice dishes such as biryani, grilled tandoori chicken, and original snacks.
Alias August is used for cover and title typography. The typeface used for Japanese text is yet unidentified.

The Japanese sans-serif typeface at the book cover uses Hiragino Kaku Gothic Old / Hiragino Sans Old (weight used is W7). I couldn’t identify the one in the table of contents though.
