The AIGA designed a brand system for their 2023 Design Conference with visuals referencing the New York city grid along with the classic Massimo Vignelli map of the Subway, but with a gradient-filled color palette. Name Sans is used as a typographic reference to the tile mosaics of NYC Subway stations.
The AIGA website additionally makes use of Neue Haas Grotesk and Freight Text, but those aren’t part of the conference branding.
