MEFA, a strategic communications agency based in Trier, Germany, uses the Modérnica typeface family for its brand identity. Modérnica forms the logo and is used in all brand applications, both print and digital, as well as on the company’s website.

The logo features a combination of lowercase letters (e, a) with small caps (M, F), using the alternate a. In 2020, after a few years of using Modérnica, MEFA commissioned a customization of the typeface family, making the one-ring a the default; the form they use in their brand.
