Rollati Ristorante is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions and how they’ve transformed across generations in American kitchens. As the first Italian concept for California-based Vine Hospitality group, Carbonate helped bring the brand to life across a vibrant identity.
The branding builds off of a custom, flexible wordmark and an eclectic typographic mix. The playful nature of type combinations throughout the brand’s touchpoints reflects the unique dining experience, rich ambience, and layered nostalgia of the concept’s branding.
