Virile was designed by John F. Cumming and issued by the Dickinson foundry in Boston around 1890, as a narrower version of Erratick. The font used on this album cover could be the phototype adaptation shown by Techni-Process Lettering Inc. in 1967. “8 Shades of Sound” and “Murbo Reecords” feature Umbra in alternating glyph colors. The track list uses a yet unidentified all-caps sans similar to Filmotype Madison or Pacella Electra.

Doesn’t “8 Shades of Sound” in Umbra deserve an LTypI? (Umbra = Shade)
Absolutely! Added.
