Catalogue of Georgian Movie Posters
Каталог грузинских Киноафиш / ქართული კინოაფიშების გამოფენის კატალოგი is a bilingual catalogue of a fictional exhibition of Soviet Georgian movie posters, made by Veronika Pozdeeva as a student project at HSE Art and Design School Saint Petersburg.
The book is divided into three sections: the first part is an article by a film critic Nino Dzandzava on the role that Georgian cinema plays in the history of world cinematography, the second section is a gallery of movie posters, and the third part features profiles of the most popular Georgian films.
Graphik by Commercial Type is in charge of the book’s typography in both languages (Cyrillic and Georgian extensions of this typeface were designed at CSTM Fonts).
