Sintex is a India-based manufacturer of industrial plastic products, such as water tanks. The company was founded in 1975. Their logo, perhaps derived from Somalia or a similar source, is essentially Cooper Black with distorted bottom serifs that gives the mark a wavelike baseline. Coincidentally (or maybe not?), there was a typeface called Sintex with a similar look.
