A late 1980s guide for how to play the didgeridoo.
The bold, unconnected casual face used for “Didjeridu” is Hand-Drawn No. 5, an early Letraset original for which the designer is unknown. Roger Excoffon’s Mistral (also offered by the dry transfer company) is used for the secondary stuff. Interestingly, several of the letterforms are either alternates or completely new ones, the latter of which were probably constructed from other letters.

The reason these letterforms don’t quite match Excoffon’s original design is that this isn’t his Mistral, but rather Zephyr FLF. This early digital typeface is a poorly drawn follower made by Casady & Greene and advertised in 1986. It’s generally more upright, with various differences in the details.
Here’s a comparison of Mistral (top; Bistream’s digitization named Staccato 222) and Zephyr FLF (bottom):
The thing about the author’s name is that it isn’t Zephyr FLF for some reason: it’s Mistral, featuring a number of its alternate characters. Adding that accordingly.
