Windsor was first issued around 1905, and rediscovered in the 1960s. Here it can be seen on the cover of Insight, the third studio album by the Mike Mainieri Quartet led by vibraphonist Mike Mainieri (b. 1938), released in 1968 by Solid State Records. Alex Gnidziejko designed the album artwork, featuring a large eye decorated with leafwork and flowers. A fisheye photo of the quartet is shown inside the dilated pupil.
