In a city as vibrant as London, Neighbourly Chartered Surveyors are all about reflecting the diverse faces behind the scenes, and caring about people’s lives and livelihoods. As the profession faces a growing age gap with fewer young people entering the field, our branding goal was twofold: to bridge that gap and to create a brand that represents a workspace where individuals can thrive professionally while fostering strong community ties with their neighbours.

Inspired by the Party Wall Act, the emblem takes shape signifying shelter and unity among residents, alongside a door that serves as a gateway into people’s lives. This three-dimensional cut-out emblem pairs well with Goldich. the typeface’s letterforms have crystallised into sharply cut shapes, capturing the multifaceted nature of Neighbourly . Not just in creating tangible structures, but also in being the friendly guides who support and connect with the community throughout the journey. The tagline is is set in Area Extended, and the complimentary sans serif is Now.

Our secondary colour palette draws inspiration directly from the vibrant and diverse character of the neighbourhood. These colors reflect the unique essence and energy of the community, adding a lively and personal touch to our brand.
