Pavel Hrnčíř’s children book Mámo, táto, pojďte si hrát na balón! features 12 rather unusual games for the whole family. The beautifully executed illustrations are done by Michaela Kukovičová.
Designed by Prague-based Klara Kvízová (ReDesign studio) and published by Czech publisher Práh, the book uses TypeTogether’s Athelas for main body text, accompanied by a stencil sans serif in headlines.

The closest I can think of is Vafle Stencil by Tomáš Brousil and Marek Pistora — but it is not a cigar.
I think the smaller stencil type is Geogrotesque Stencil B Semibold, the larger type Geogrotesque Stencil A Semibold.
