From Wikipedia:
Ruth Alston Brown (née Weston; January 12, 1928 – November 17, 2006) was an American singer-songwriter and actress, sometimes referred to as the “Queen of R&B”.
On the cover of her 1962 album Along Comes Ruth, there are two main typefaces. Her name and the title are set in different colors and all-lowercase italic letters using Matterhorn. The sans used for the list of song names at the top are set in Gothic Condensed No. 529.

A prominent use of Matterhorn – thank you!
The sans-serif capitals used for the track names at the top right are either from the 14pt size of Gothic Condensed No. 529, or from the 12pt size* of Gothic No. 521, which is a caps-only version of No. 529. These two typefaces exhibit design differences from one size to another.
*) The difference in nominal point size apparently is due to the fact that No. 521 was cast on a smaller body – it didn’t have to allow for descenders.
