The Beach Boys Today! is the eighth studio album by the Beach Boys, released on March 8, 1965, by Capitol Records with artwork most likely designed by the record company’s art department, using photography by John Engstead.
The album title is set in all-caps Fiedler Gothic, or maybe Ameristile, with Franklin Gothic Extra Condensed for accompanying text.
Text on the back cover is set in several styles from News Gothic, plus Caledonia and Futura (or possibly Spartan) Italic.

I’m not convinced by either the Fiedler Gothic ID or Ameristile. In both, the middle bar of E isn’t shorter. Some other details like the S aren’t quite right either, it seems – or I don’t have specimens to compare against. The S in Ameristile has flatter tops and bottoms (which also speaks against it being the right ID for the Beatles ’65 cover).
I don’t have a better suggestion at the moment. The usual suspects are: some other obscure phototypeface, a customization, or custom lettering.
