    I think you’re spot on with Letraset: the slightly unruly baseline suggests that this cover was indeed produced with rub-down type. The tilde as hyphen is another indicator: according to Mark Simonson, repurposing the accent in this way is a “thing that so many Letraset users used to do.” The reason becomes obvious once you look at a sheet of dry transfer letters:

    As for the year: booksellers Teppa Books and Y-Not-Books give a 1977 date for this booklet. I’m adding a photo by the former, showing the bright orange cover (in yours, the colors come across much paler).

    Nice to see a more original orange, mine is well faded.
