MDG (The Green Party of Norway)

Before the Norwegian primary election of 2025, MDG (Miljøpartiet De Grønne, i.e., the Green Party of Norway) requested a new identity to better mobilise and attract attention of their desired voters. In the previous election they had missed the threshold that would give them a lot more influence by just over a thousand voters. The identity can go from sober and serious, to very outgoing, active and hopeful. MDG wanted to separate themselves from the image of activists in worn out wool socks, but rather signalise the hope for a greener government coalition. The identity use both STK Bureau Sans by Smuss Type Kiosk, and ABC Solar by Dinamo. With the two families they can adapt their content to switch between formal, informal, playful, energetic, warm, cold, etc. Illustrations by Zarina Saidova (byHands).
