The History of Rhythm & Blues vinyl record series is a 1960s compilation of various R&B records from various eras. The first volume covers the roots era (i.e., 1947–1952).
Two swashy typefaces from PLINC are used for the main title: PLINC Bookman Swash and West Behemoth Italic Swash.
