Adult Swim is an adult-oriented cable channel that started out as Cartoon Network’s late-night programming block in 2001. The block became a channel sharing space with Cartoon Network in 2005, similar to Nickelodeon and Nick@Nite, because Time Warner wanted to keep their Nielsen ratings separately.
Adult Swim was widely known for a variety of adult oriented TV shows, including Superjail!, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Robot Chicken, the Venture Bros., Metalocalypse, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Samurai Jack, and so much more.
The current logo is set in Neue Helvetica Heavy Condensed.
