  1. It looks like the type treatment started out with William A. Woolley’s Braggadocio, with condensed (squeezed) proportions. The designer apparently didn’t like the tapering J and replaced it by a glyph with dot-shaped terminal as found in the similar Futura Black. F is also closer to Paul Renner’s typeface. K appears to be entirely custom.
