For the 2026/27 season, the Deutsche Oper am Rhein is unveiling a new visual identity that is consistently applied across all communication channels. The new season program features a fresh design by Neusitzer Brand Identity that integrates information and layout even more closely. Premieres, revivals and events are presented in a clear, chronological timeline – well-organised, dynamic and intuitive to follow throughout the entire season. Typography becomes a central design element, lending the premiere pages an unmistakable rhythm and character.

The opera premieres are visually accompanied by comic-style illustrations by Moritz Blumentritt, lending the design a distinctive artistic signature with high recognition value. The result is a visual identity that captures attention, invites discovery and appeals particularly to a young audience.

The ballet’s premiere pages are presented in the season programme with a new design that highlights the company’s distinctive aesthetic and artistic expressiveness. Altin Kaftira’s photographs depict the dancers in striking compositions brimming with tension, elegance and movement.
