What is the residue left from setting a black puddle on fire? is a book that gathers eleven poems from a short film by artist Nesrine Salem. The texts are published in their original english versions, as well as in their translation into Algerian dialect and French. The cover uses the typeface Le Murmure and was designed by Louise Dib (Studio Chimbo). The book was published in an edition of 200 copies by Postfirebooks. The interior layout was designed by Thomas Ducrocq, editor of Postfirebooks, using Tajawal.
