Easybooking is a hotel software that simplifies the organization of small hotels and vacation rentals in an innovative way. With the rebranding, the Innsbruck-based agency Northlight pursued “the goal […] to create a brand identity that reflects both the company’s innovation and technical expertise, as well as the simplicity and versatility of its software.” They deliberately chose Easy Grotesk as the new typeface for the branding. Martin Straif, Creative Director at Northlight, writes (translated from German):
When we started the project, Easy Grotesk immediately came to mind – a typeface couldn’t be a better fit for “easybooking.” But it’s not just the name that’s perfect; everything we want the brand to communicate matches completely. Simple and charming, yet substantial and full of character.
