Identity for craft beer from Monterrey, Mexico, designed by Mexican branding agency Suizopop.

“Quality ingredients and classic recipes make this brewery a strong option for those looking for real beer. Born in an industry-filled city, Cale Brewery results in a balance of heritage and technology.”

A similar melange of different hues of machine-age nostalgia is continued in the design and typography with Vitesse (“Our exploration into new kinds of slab serif began with a study of slab serifs past”) and Jockey (“based on the lettering by an unknown Argentine artist who designed posters for horse race tracks in the 1930s”).

Mexican beer blog Cronicas de Malta was curious enough to try the beers, but does not recommend them, tasting re-heated coffee and boring biscuits.
