One of the coolest jobs that EMI Electrola had was releasing material by America’s Motown artists. This particular cover uses Bob Newman’s Odin. This usage is a bit unique as the Odin we’re used to seeing has stencil-like uppercase characters. It looks as though these characters were individually customized for this instance by the designer of this cover.
