Both weights of Cut-In in early use for a Jimmy Cliff single released by EMI Electrola in 1973. Cut-In was conceived by Australian designer Maurice Schlesinger and added to Letraset’s range of faces for dry transfer lettering.
Sleeve designer Roberto Patelli used this face for another release, too, see “I Can Hear Music” by Larry Lurex from the same year.
