This cover belongs to the Signet Books edition, the third printing of Philip K. Dick’s Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?. The film was later adapted into the movie Blade Runner. The book’s title looks to be set in David Burke’s Burko Bold as shown in a 1969 annual. Though it’s almost impossible to tell it apart from Blippo Bold (cf. this glyph set) by Facsimile Fonts, which appears to be a copy of the former.

I’ve adjusted the date. According to ISFDB, this edition (T4758) is from 1971 (“Third printing stated. No publication date”), with a cover by Bob Pepper. “The artist is not credited; no visible signature. Cover credited by Vincent Di Fate in Infinite Worlds.”
There’s an earlier edition from Signet, T3800. “First Printing, March, 1969 […] The artist is not credited; there is a signature on the artwork, begins with ‘Opa…’ [?] but the rest is not legible.” The primary typeface on that one is Futura Black.
Nice find on Robert Pepper! Some nice type on his covers, too. Will have to delve into that one day!
