From June to October 2016, the Grassi Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Leipzig exhibited glass and silver works by the Finnish artist and designer Tapio Wirkkala.

For this exhibition, German studio Happy Little Accidents developed a three-dimensional visualization of a glass based on one of Wirkkala’s emblematic vases. This 3D object interacts with the Proto Grotesk typeface and, through refraction and reflection, highlights the peculiarities of this material. Furthermore, some of the prints, such as A1 posters, flyers and invitation cards, were printed in black and silver tones, in order to echo the materiality of the glass.
